1 Questions about personal shopping
1.1 How does personal shopping work?
We now offer the ability to browse our online collection and work directly with a personal shopper for in-store pickup. (Think Amazon's Whole Foods delivery or Instacart except it's Jenn, Naeemah, and me.)
 
It's simple: You send your basket to us, and you and your shopper customize and personalize your order together.
 
 
1. After you send us your basket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
* This also alerts us of your order, we get an email as well. Give us 24 hours to respond to your request, though we will of course try to respond as soon as possible.
2. We review your order and look at any special requests and check on item availability.
* Item availability cannot be guaranteed due to high demand this time of year, but if an item you choose is out of stock, we will work with you to find an equally wonderful substitute.
3. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email with your final order, pickup, and price information.
* Pickup and payment is at the store, and as always we offer free wrapping.
1.2 How do I pay?

Right now, we offer pickup and pay in store. We accept all major credit cards, cash, apple pay, and gift cards.

1.3 How do I receive my order?

We offer pickup in store. We will let you know when your order is ready.

1.4 Why are some products not on your website?

Our online collection is a sneak peek at what is in the store. We currently have over 7,400 unique products at Mud Puddle, and about 250 of our most popular and staff favorite items are on the website. We will continue to add more over the next few weeks, and you can always call us or email us if you have a question about what we might have in stock.
